Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: PRIORITY MAIL shipping for orders in the US take 3-4 business days from the time your order is placed. Please note - we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped and you will also get a shipping tracking number.

Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: All orders placed through are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.

Q: When will I be charged for my order?
A: Once your order has been placed your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that you ordered, along with appropriate shipping and tax where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for errors made on order, address or credit card entry. We do reach out to you if our system detects an address concern.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes. At checkout enter your country, address, zip, etc in the Shipping section.

Q: How many knucklebuddy's can you ship Internationally?
A: A maximum of 18 knucklebuddy's can be shipped in the same container.

Q: I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
A: All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Knucklebuddy®.


NOTE: We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
